California is not well covered in this pass and not much fire activity is seen elsewhere. Oregon appears to have the most visible smoke but only some scattered fires that appear mostly under control. |

Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana are covered. The smoke has greatly cleared from these areas. Idaho and Montana show a lot of detail in the images. |

This pass covers parts of British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Wyoming. Oregon is the most active for this pass, Idaho shows some activity in the areas of previous fires. Washington has two new fires, British Columbia shows one fire area. The small fire northeast of Yellowstone Park is still visible. |

Northeast Oregon shows two large fires, Wyoming shows grass fires from last night's storms. The Colville Indian Reservation fire is seen. The small fire in southern British Columbia is still visible. Hell's Canyon is still active, eastern Idaho shows numerous small fires. |

No prominent fires were seen in this pass. Time did not permit creating images but the data was inspected. Traces of older fires were barely visible near Yosemite CA, in central Idaho, and northeast of Yellowstone near Alpine MT. Clouds obscured the Bighorns in WY and much of UT. |

No prominent fires were seen in this pass. The fires near Yosemite were just visible. The small hot spot west of Owens Lake is still seen. A small hot spot in southern Arizona will be watched. |

A number of small bright spots are visible on this pass and several previous passes. A search was made for visible smoke with negative results for all but a few questionable cases. Image display will resume when something worth showing is found. |
