Satellite Views of the Florida Fires, Summer 1998
The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, Maryland
obtains image data from the
NOAA polar orbiter weather satellites. When not covered by thick clouds
this imagery can show fires and smoke. The pages below show custom
