Landsat Thematic Mapper Bands
Here is some raw data that can be downloaded.
The raw data doesn't look very good but it may be scaled after
it is retrieved.
The displayed images are 256 x 256.
Clicking on the image accesses a 512 x 512
image. The scaled versions are given to better show the image
content. The listed scaling is intended to be only an example.
Set load to local disk in the options menu.
Then click on the desired raw data image.
Also shown are histograms for the raw data and the same
data scaled as indicated.
Note that the wavelength range covered by band 6 is out of sequence
as compared to the other bands. Also the resolution of band 6 is
lower.
This data is for the Landsat Thematic Mapper image of November 2, 1982.
